Welcome to the combined services of Avondale Integrated Health & Avondale Family Health Centre

With the combined services of both these Health Care Centres, we provide to the local area a high quality of health care to all our patients. We are accessible to all, open 7 days a week with both male and female doctors available.  Our team of well trained doctors have varying areas of special focus. We use the latest technology to provide you with a convenient and comprehensive range of medical and allied health services, all under one roof. Please see our Integrated Services page to see just some of the expertise we can offer to you. We also provide both a walk-in clinic (no appointment necessary), and appointments during weekdays. You can request to see the same doctor at each visit (if on duty), or whichever doctor is available first. Check with the receptionist if you have a preference to see who is on duty or when a particular doctor is working next. Also available weekdays and Saturday mornings are our team of full time experienced nurses, fully trained to do all nursing duties within general practice.
